Insurance & Fees

I'm committed to making quality psychiatric care as accessible as possible. Here's everything you need to know about coverage and costs.

My Commitment

Keeping care within reach

I am in-network for most major insurances, but I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement.

Please reach out with any questions — I'm happy to work with you to keep your treatment affordable.

Self-Pay

Self-pay options are available for those who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans don't cover psychiatric services. Please contact me directly to discuss current rates — I'm committed to finding a path that works for you.

Don't see your plan? Reach out — I may still be able to help.

Out-of-Network

Not in-network? I've got you covered.

I provide detailed superbills that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many plans cover a significant portion of out-of-network psychiatric services — and I'm happy to walk you through the process so it feels manageable.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept my insurance?

I am in-network with most major insurance plans. If you don't see your plan listed, please reach out — I'm happy to check your specific coverage and work with you to find a solution.

What if I'm out-of-network?

I can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt — that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits that cover a significant portion of the cost. I'm happy to help you understand your options.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim. I provide these upon request for clients whose plans are out-of-network.

Do you offer self-pay rates?

Yes. If you prefer not to use insurance or your plan doesn't cover psychiatric services, self-pay options are available. Please reach out to discuss current rates — I'm committed to keeping care as accessible as possible.

How do I verify my benefits before my first appointment?

I recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card and asking about your mental health or behavioral health benefits, including your deductible, copay, and whether telehealth visits are covered.

Is telehealth covered by insurance?

Most insurance plans now cover telehealth visits at the same rate as in-person visits, especially for mental health services. Coverage varies by plan, so it's worth confirming with your insurer before your first appointment.

Still have questions?

I'm happy to talk through your coverage and costs before you commit to anything. Just reach out.
